Today, he leads the concert agency Long Play, one of the most reputable concert agencies in Serbia and the former Yugoslavia. The agency represents several top musicians in the region and organizes performances for numerous world-class bands of various genres.
For over 15 years, he served as the manager for the renowned Serbian and ex-Yugoslav group Bajaga i Instruktori, organizing numerous performances in Serbia and worldwide. Zoran Vulović is also the founder of the Arsenal Festival, which has been held in Kragujevac every June since 2011. Set in the vibrant atmosphere of an old weapons factory, Arsenal has established itself as one of the most interesting and promising summer festivals in Serbia. Each summer, the festival features around 50 bands from various musical genres.
Arsenal Fest is a regular member of the European music festival association Yourope. Vulović is the president of the UPTAS association, which aims to empower and protect domestic promoters and ticketing companies.
