Nikola Jovanović is the Vice President of Virgin Music Group Western Balkans and the Head of Public Relations at Universal Music Western Balkans. With 20 years of experience in the music business, he is a key figure in the music industry in the Balkans. Currently collaborating with Virgin Music Group, he works with artists such as Joker Out, Konstrakta, Magnifico, Balkaton label, Zoe Kidah, to name a few. He is also the director of the Milan Mladenović Foundation, an organization dedicated to preserving the legacy of the legendary frontman of EKV.
As the owner of the publishing house and management agency KontraRights, he provides advice and guidance to artists and record labels. His previous experience includes serving as Vice President of RUNDA (Regional Association of Independent Record Labels of the Balkans), MTV Adria Talent and Music Manager, Executive Director, and co-founder of Lampshade Media.
Jovanović graduated from the Academy of Arts in Belgrade, specializing in music production and sound recording. He manages Buč Kesidi, a Serbian music sensation and the biggest regional band of the new generation in the last 10 years. He is also the manager of the young and talented Iva Lorens, who will be performing at this year's Ment festival.
