Milica Rašković is a pedagogue and culture manager who is for the past 20 years working on the cultural scene development, especially focusing on involvement of diverse vulnerable groups. She founded and led 3 NGOs gaining significant experience in writing and implementation of projects from the local to the international level. Solid knowledge of Novi Sad activist and culture scene as well as the international experience encouraged her to successfully develop the American Corner in Novi Sad, a cultural space and a library she has been managing for 17 years and for which she received the “Public Diplomacy Achievement Award” awarded by the Association of Public Diplomacy professionals from the USA. One of the most significant projects she co-wrote is the application of Novi Sad for the European Capital of Culture which she also implemented, gaining valuable experience in developing programs in the field of culture and art. After several successful applications she wrote for the program Creative Europe she joined the Creative Europe Desk Serbia team where she works on informing, training and developing project ideas for this largest fund for culture in Europe.
